Booking your sessions
 

My end-of-year coaching packages are available for purchase until the 31st of December in 2026. You can purchase your package before the end of the year and schedule your sessions for the weeks and months ahead.
 

When does my package expire?
 

Your package validity period starts on the date of your first coaching session, rather than the date of purchase.

To help you get started and maintain momentum, your first session must be booked and taken place within 6 weeks of purchasing your package.

Each package is then valid for the following period, starting from your first session:

• The Clarity Package — 3 sessions: valid for 3 months.

• The Better Understanding — 6 sessions: valid for 6 months.

• Stronger Connections — 10 sessions: valid for 9 months.

Please book your sessions in advance and aim to meet regularly. Consistency helps you reflect on what you learn, put it into practice and build on your progress between sessions.

Unused sessions normally expire at the end of the applicable validity period, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law. If exceptional circumstances arise, please get in touch as early as possible so we can discuss the options available.
 

Rescheduling and cancellations
 

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• More than 24 hours' notice: you can reschedule without charge.

• Less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance: the session may be counted as used, subject to applicable law and any exceptional circumstances.

• If I need to reschedule: we'll arrange an alternative appointment without deducting a session from your package.

If something unexpected happens, please contact me as soon as possible. I aim to handle scheduling issues fairly and with understanding.

Your coaching package is an investment in yourself. These validity periods give you the flexibility to fit sessions around work, family and everyday life, while helping you stay connected to the goals that brought you to coaching.
